About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crawler Crane Operator to join our dynamic team at Phil. Rigid Construction Corporation in Tayud Consolacion Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our crawler crane equipment on construction sites, playing a crucial part in the successful delivery of our projects.

1. Operate crawler crane equipment safely and effectively to lift, move, and place materials and equipment as required on construction sites
2. Conduct pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance on the crawler crane to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
3. Collaborate with the construction team to coordinate crane operations and ensure efficient workflow on the site
4. Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment
5. Maintain accurate records of crane usage, maintenance, and any incidents or issues that arise

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Crawler Crane Operator in the construction industry
2. Possess a valid Crane Operator's License and certification in crane operation and safety
3. Demonstrable knowledge of crane operating procedures, load charts, and safety protocols
4. Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment
