Junior Finance & Accounting Officer

Knockdown Group is on the lookout for a full-time Junior Finance & Accounting Officer!

Position Summary:

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking to kickstart your career in finance and accounting within a fast-paced creative group? We’re looking for a Junior Finance & Accounting Officer to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in documentation, encoding, and other administrative finance tasks across Knockdown Group OPC, Knockdown Events Productions, and Hookd Creative Lab
• Maintain and regularly update master trackers, receipt folders, and soft file organization
• File, name, and archive liquidation and disbursement records properly
• Coordinate with Project Teams for follow-ups on missing receipts or required forms
• Submit financial reports and supporting documents to the Senior Finance & Accounting Officer for review and checking
• Cross-check liquidation submissions to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Manage cross-checking and verification of accredited suppliers
• Handle the supplier accreditation process from end to end

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Finance, or any related course
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and take on multiple administrative tasks
