Account Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, generating sales opportunities, driving revenue growth, and delivering excellent customer service.

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Handle client requirements such as purchase orders, invoices, and delivery coordination
• Monitor deliveries and ensure timely and complete fulfillment of client needs
• Assist in collections and payment follow-ups
• Maintain accurate and updated client records and sales reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations

• College graduate (4-year course)
• Sales or related experience is an advantage (engineering background is a plus)
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel for client visits
• Can drive a motorcycle with valid license (Restriction 1 & 2 is a plus)

Salary is competitive and will depend on experience and qualifications, with performance-based commission incentives.
