The Customer Service Officer is responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring high levels of service within a cold chain warehouse environment. This role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and maintaining accurate records to support cold chain compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Process orders and coordinate dispatch with warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure customer requirements are met while maintaining cold chain integrity.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Support warehouse operations with administrative tasks related to customer service.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and service metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or warehouse settings.
  • Familiar with Cartoncloud and Microsoft dynamics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Understanding of cold chain logistics and compliance requirements.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience in FMCG or food distribution sectors.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong team collaboration and adaptability.
