This position exists to ensure customer retention and profitability of the company by meeting customer-focused sales standards thereby ensuring the attainment and fulfillment of the LausGroup corporate mission and vision.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Attains the monthly sales target, including but not limited to the following: Vehicle Sales Target, Insurance Closing Ratio, Financing Closing Ratio, and Sales Prospects or Leads Generated.
- Participates in various sales activities to acquire new prospects and leads.
- Conducts regular calls to existing clients and other potential buyers for follow-ups and updates.
- Updates and monitors the status of existing leads in the prospects monitoring system.
- Promptly attends to walk-in clients. Ensures that all customers inside the dealership are well attended to and responded to promptly.
- Updates the walk-in log sheet daily.
- Prepares and explains sales proposals to the clients.
- A graduate of any four-year course.
- Can present materials and communicate in writing fluently and logically.
- Must be customer-oriented and articulate.
