Job Description:
POSITION TITLE : ASSISTANT BRANCH HEAD
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR
TITLE : BRANCH MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management or related field
Ø At least 2 years of work experience in sales or a relevant business role
Ø with pleasing personality
Ø Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
Ø Excellent customer experience and problem-solving skills
Ø Good in written and verbal communication skills
Ø Knowledge and skill of modern sales practices and procedures, equipment and standard clerical techniques that can hit their monthly sales quota.
Ø Leadership and management skills
Ø Ability to meet department metrics, sales targets and production goals
Ø Presentation skills and knowledge of best visual and marketing display practices
Ø Willing to be assigned in any of the following branches: SM North Edsa, San Jose Del Monte Bulacan, Pampanga, Bacoor Cavite and SM Santo Tomas, Batangas, Makati
Ø Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Assists manager in efforts to reach profit, performance, and customer service goals.
- Oversees store services, especially customer service, to ensure excellence; contacts or assists customers and prospective customers.
- Reviews and manages staffing procedures, ensuring that staff assignments and responsibilities are reasonable, and that salary structure is equitable.
- Coordinates communication with branch staff.
- Works to meet branch performance standards including operating loss control, bank secrecy, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Oversees and assists with the preparation of branch reports for approval by manager.
- Attends and participates in periodic staff meetings.
- Manages branch operations when manager is absent.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
OTHERS:
- Makes sure that all correspondence (letters, purchase order, etc..) that requires the attention of the head office are properly email and original copy sent to the department head concerned at the soonest possible time.
- Follow proper rules and regulation as set by the HR (Human Resource), Accounting and Purchasing Department.
- Attending training/re-orientation when required to do so and inform person concerned when work does not permit for attending such.
- Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
