JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Purchasing Assistant is responsible for maintaining accurate purchasing records, monitoring inventory levels, and assisting in supplier communication and price comparisons.
- The Purchasing Assistant helps ensure that all purchases are cost-effective and aligned with company policies and operational needs.
- Key duties include preparing and tracking purchase orders, verifying order accuracy, updating procurement data, and coordinating with internal departments such as inventory and finance.
- The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- with background in supply chain (procurement/log)
