Advising on technical matters, offering solutions to complex problems, and ensuring the successful implementation and functioning of technical systems or projects.
Developing and implementing technical strategies and solutions that align with organizational goals, exploring emerging technologies, and assessing their potential impact.
Facilitating collaboration between different teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Evaluating current technologies, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending enhancements to optimize operational efficiency.
Contributing to project management activities, including quality control and assurance.

Qualifications/Requirements

 Experience in maintenance or plant engineering
 Certification or experience in HVAC, electrical,plumbing,  Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents.
 Organizational and budgeting skills.

 Team Management skills
