Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate supports in day-to-day leasing operations, including responding to inquiries, assisting in model unit viewing, preparing lease documents, and ensuring a smooth move-in process for tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in
• Assist in viewing of the model unit for prospective tenants
• Assist in screening prospective tenants and verifying required documents
• Prepare and organize Lease Contract and move-in documents
• Maintain accurate and updated records o of unit availability and leasing status
• Support marketing efforts including creating marketing materials and posting on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Follow up with leads and applicants to convert inquiries into leases

Qualifications:

• Preferably with a degree in Business Administration
• Previous experience in leasing or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-service oriented
• Willing to be assigned in Sampaloc, Manila (U-Belt area)
