Qualifications
- Graduate of electrical engineering/technology
- Less than 30 years old (Prefered)
- Can Drive 4 wheels
- TESDA (NC) II in Electrical Installation
- Proven experience as a Tower Electrician or similar role
- Knowledge of telecommunications systems
- Willing to be assigned in Luzon and Visayaz
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Excellent physical condition and coordination
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently
- Certification in tower climbing and rescue preferred
- Perform tower modifications, including antenna changes, coaxial cable replacement, and tower hardware upgrade
- Test and troubleshoot equipment to identify any operational problems.
- Adhere to industry safety and quality standards.
- Complete detailed documentation and reports on work performed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management about work progress and challenges.
