About the role

Join the growing team at New Flavor House, Inc. as a Warehouse Supervisor. In this full-time, on-site role in our Malabon City warehouse, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our storage and distribution facilities, ensuring the efficient and compliant movement of goods.

This is a key position that plays a vital part in supporting the company's manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing goods
Monitor inventory levels and optimise storage and retrieval processes to improve efficiency
Enforce safety and security protocols to protect personnel, equipment and inventory
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse facilities and equipment
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to management
Ensure all warehouse activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies
Prepare reports on warehouse operations, productivity and KPIs
Provide training and support to warehouse staff to develop their skills and capabilities

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry
Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and implementing process improvements
Excellent organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
Proficient in inventory management systems and warehouse management software
Detailed knowledge of warehousing regulations, safety protocols and best practices
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
