Warehouse supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise warehouse personnel and delegate daily tasks to ensure productivity and accuracy.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure proper documentation and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee periodic stock counts.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials and finished goods.
• Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production departments for smooth supply chain coordination.
• Oversee warehouse equipment use and coordinate maintenance or repair needs.
• Track team performance and provide guidance, training, and feedback.

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or inventory control.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in warehouse/inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Good communication and team coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehousing
