About the role
As a Roving Merchandiser for SEAKING, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal presentation and availability of our products across various retail stores. This full-time role is crucial in driving sales and maintaining our strong brand presence within the local market.
What you'll be doing- Visiting assigned retail outlets on a regular basis to audit product stock levels, placement and overall presentation
- Restocking shelves and replenishing products as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Organizing and arranging product displays to maximize visibility and appeal to customers
- Liaising with store managers to gather feedback and implement improvements to in-store merchandising
- Identifying and reporting any issues or opportunities related to product placement, promotions and competitor activity
- Providing excellent customer service to store staff and shoppers
- Adhering to company policies, procedures and brand guidelines
- Proven experience as a merchandiser or visual merchandiser in the retail industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently cover multiple store locations
- An eye for detail and a flair for creating visually appealing product displays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with store personnel
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with retail inventory management practices and merchandising best practices
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel between store locations
