About the role

We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser/Butcher/Meat Cutter to join our team at MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. in Balintawak, Quezon City. This is a full-time position, offering competitive pay and benefits. As a key member of our Trades & Services team, you will be responsible for a wide range of butchery and merchandising duties, ensuring our customers receive the highest quality meat products and service.

1. Expertly cutting, trimming, and preparing various meat products according to customer requests and company standards
2. Maintaining a clean, well-organised, and visually appealing meat display case
3. Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection and offering knowledgeable recommendations
4. Monitoring inventory levels and alerting management to any shortages or overstocks
5. Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
6. Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient workflow and a positive work environment

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a butcher or meat cutter in a retail or commercial setting
2. Strong knowledge of different meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety practices
3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide knowledgeable recommendations
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean, organised work area
5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
6. A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
