In this full-time role based in Cebu City, Cebu, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the company's success.

• Responding to customer inquiries, questions, and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
• Resolving customer issues efficiently and in accordance with company policies
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and documenting the details of each case
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and providing feedback to the management team
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills
• Adhering to all relevant compliance and quality assurance standards

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the call centre and customer service industry
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer queries
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• A positive, friendly, and professional attitude with a genuine interest in helping customers
