Financial Systems and Applications Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Financial Systems and Applications Manager to lead and manage financial systems within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle, SAP, QNE or other similar ERP systems and will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing these systems to support our business operations.The role requires a strong understanding of finance, accounting, and technology to manage the financial systems and ensure they meet the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of financial applications, including Oracle, QNE ERP systems.
- Gathers business process requirements from the business process owners and suggests any initiatives/methods improvement to maximize resources by optimizing processes and solutions.
- Conducts workshops and presentations to validate solution with the end users.
- Executes and performs testing of ERP System prior to release to end users.
- Provides systems and processes support to end-users.
- Studies problems, plans solutions, recommends systems and processes, and coordinates development/implementation to meet business or user requirements.
- Interacts with IT Consultants to understand software capabilities and limitations.
- Manages system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Industrial Engineering, or any related business courses
- Knowledge in Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems
- Experienced in retail industry is a plus
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Self-starter and has the ability to multi-task and work independently
- Ability to understand transactional processes and implement improvements
- Team player / able to work with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to identify and communicate problems and discuss various solutions
- Ability to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
