About the Role
As an Australian Financial Planning Admin, you will support our Australian Financial Planning clients and their businesses directly. Our clients are seeking the next set of superstars to train and grow alongside their businesses. Work alongside their existing senior team members at VA Platinum!Guidance, training, and team support are provided to the new team members.
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)- Completed at least 2 years of tertiary education in any discipline.
- Experienced in supporting an Australian Financial Planning business, in roles as Financial Planning Administrator.
- Experience with CRMs, preferably Adviser Logic or Xplan.
- Knowledge of investment and/or insurance implementation processes.
- Prior experience preparing Records of Advice (ROA).
- Strong workflow management skills, with attention to detail and organisation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong research and problem-solving abilities.
- Amenable working onsite/WFH/Hybrid depending on the clients' preferences.
- Assist in the implementation of financial advice and client strategies.
- Prepare and review Records of Advice (ROA) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Collect, verify, and maintain all necessary client information and work papers.
- Prepare application forms and liaise directly with product providers to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain and update client records in CRM systems.
- Prepare and review investment reports, policy schedules, and other client documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external entities to support research and financial planning recommendations.
