Duties and Responsibilities:

A preschool teacher is responsible for the early education of children. Duties and Responsibilities include designing interactive learning programs to educate and engage young children. He/she must be able to teach students with interactive lesson plans about basic fundamentals, like numbers, colors, and shapes, and help children build their social skills.

Specific duties include:

• Design and develop interactive educational learning content such as lesson plans, tests, and homework.
• Establish and enforce rules of behavior for children in their classrooms
• Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents
• Deliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.
• Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, and snack time breaks.
• Prepare student progress reports and attend parent-teacher meetings.
• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
• Help children reach developmental milestones.
• Encourage children to interact with each other to develop social skills
• Provide appropriate supervision for children at all times
• Maintain an inventory system for classroom materials and supplies.
• Prepare and release class packets
• Prepare examination manuscripts
• Others duly assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

Must have obtained any of the following degrees, or its equivalent:
