As a Customer Service Representative at Alorica Teleservices, Inc., you will be the friendly voice that connects our customers to the solutions and support they need.   • Answering inbound calls from customers and patiently guiding them through enquiries and issues
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating relevant systems with key information
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathise with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer enquiries
  • Familiarity with customer service or call centre operations, preferably in the call centre or customer service industry
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
