Overview
The Business Systems Analyst serves as the link between Operations, Finance, and IT, focusing on Microsoft 365, process improvement, automation, and business systems optimization. The role is responsible for identifying inefficiencies, implementing technology solutions, and driving productivity through automation and modern SaaS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Administration- Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Lists, OneDrive, and Power Automate.
- Design and maintain SharePoint sites, permissions, document management, and collaboration frameworks.
- Establish Teams governance and best practices.
- Analyze business processes across Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Project Management.
- Document workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend technology solutions.
- Evaluate and support the implementation of SaaS platforms, ERP systems, and automation tools.
- Develop and maintain automations using Power Automate and related technologies.
- Integrate business systems to reduce manual work and improve data accuracy.
- Support migration from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms.
- Improve AP automation, reporting, and finance-related workflows.
- Research, recommend, and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and software solutions to streamline operations.
- Lead small-to-medium system implementation projects from selection through rollout.
- Create documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
- Deliver user training and provide ongoing support.
Requirements
Experience & Education- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Process Analyst, Microsoft 365 Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Automate.
- Experience with SaaS applications, integrations, APIs, and cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong process analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Construction, property management, or related industries.
- Accounting and finance processes.
- Process mapping, workflow design, and SOP development.
- Must be willing to work Monday - Friday 9pm-6am Manila Time
- Must be comfortable working homebased
- Must have reliable internet connection at home
