Are you a skilled and reliable mechanic with hands-on experience in heavy equipment, delivery vans, and company vehicles? We are actively looking for a Motorpool Mechanic who can take charge of our growing fleet and ensure maximum uptime and road safety across all operations.

YOUR MISSION:

As a Motorpool Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of company-owned vehicles and heavy machinery. Your expertise ensures our field operations run smoothly—day in and day out.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:
• Heavy equipment (e.g., backhoe, bulldozer, grader, crane)
• Delivery vans and trucks (light to medium capacity)
• Company service vehicles (sedans, pickups, motorcycles)
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using tools, scanners, and manual testing.
• Coordinate and document repair schedules, parts inventory, and job orders.
• Ensure roadworthiness, safety compliance, and minimal downtime of all vehicles.
• Conduct field repairs or recovery support when necessary.
• Work closely with motorpool staff and suppliers for parts requisition and procurement.

CORE COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in automotive and/or heavy equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge in diesel engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and vehicle diagnostics.
• Experience in troubleshooting multiple vehicle types is a MUST.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and fleet logs.
• Physically fit, alert, and able to work in a fast-paced construction setting.
• With a driver’s license (preferably with restrictions 1, 2, 3).
• Willing to work on-site and on-call when needed.
