What you'll be doing- Manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses to monitor the company's financial health and performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for key business decisions
- Identify and implement strategies to optimise financial processes and drive cost efficiencies
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performing and customer-focused culture
- Provide strategic financial insights to the senior leadership team to support the company's overall objectives
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably within the manufacturing or automotive industry
- Proven track record of successful financial planning, reporting, and analysis
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial situations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to translate financial information for non-financial stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred
