About the role
Westfair Marketing, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team in La Sedia Eastwood City Bagumbayan, Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service whilst driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction is memorable and contributes to the success of our store and overall business objectives.
Key responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance in identifying products that meet their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems whilst maintaining cash handling standards
- Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is organized, priced correctly and well-stocked throughout the store
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, encouraging repeat visits and brand loyalty
- Answer customer enquiries regarding product features, pricing and promotions in a professional and friendly manner
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to achieving team sales goals
- Participate in visual merchandising activities to create an attractive and inviting store environment
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and codes of conduct at all times
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations
- Report any issues or concerns to management promptly
- Previous retail or customer service experience is essential, ideally in a sales-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service
- Strong numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
- A positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm for sales and achieving targets
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining professional standards
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Familiarity with retail technology and point-of-sale systems is advantageous
- Product knowledge or willingness to quickly learn about our product range
