Sales Associate
About the role
Looking for an organized and customer-focused indivual who is able to drive revenue sales by identifying prospective cleints, presenting tailored products and closing deals. This is a full-time position where you will handle the entire sales cycle, acting as the company agent to maintain customer relations and consistently work to meet or exceed specific sales quotas and performance targets.
What you'll be doing- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism and tact
- Maintaining accurate records and databases of customer information and sales activities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and market research.
- Client Engagement: Conduct in-person meetings with clients to establish value and address customer challenges.
- Closing & Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals and secure long-term accounts.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with clients to drive repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to align with management goals.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent active listening, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively connect with diverse clients.
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to confidently pitch solutions, overcome client objections, and negotiate profitable terms.
- Self-Motivation: High resilience and drive to thrive in a competitive, performance-driven environment and meet ambitious targets.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the company's offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
