• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, with a focus on managing local key accounts.
• Strong sales negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and successfully close deals.
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and other data analysis tools.
• Willing to travel from places to places in SOCCKSARGEN.

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for local key accounts. Understand client needs and drive sales performance to meet or exceed company goals.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and foster sustained business growth.
• Work Environment Management: Promote a well-structured and organized work environment to support operational efficiency and team productivity.
• Collections: Ensure the timely collection of payments in alignment with company policies and credit terms.
• Information Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and client data to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
