Apple Systems & Compliance Specialist (OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES)

 I.  Role Purpose

The Apple Systems & Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the operational integrity, audit readiness, and seamless service delivery of the Apple ecosystem within the group. This role acts as the critical link between technical hardware/software execution and the governance mandates of the Data Privacy Office (DPO) and Finance, ensuring that every Apple device deployment (e.g., Project TOW) is documented, compliant, and cost-efficient.

II. Key Responsibilities (Operations & Compliance Focus)

Asset Lifecycle & Governance:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Apple hardware, from procurement and vendor coordination to asset tagging and final disposition.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in the IT Asset Management (ITAM) system, reconciling physical inventory with financial records for CAPEX/OPEX compliance.

Audit Compliance & Global Standards:

• Implement and monitor corrective actions to ensure all Apple systems and support workflows comply with Global Audit Standards.
• Support the DPO in performing "Privacy by Design" audits on Apple-related support tools and software integrations.

Service Delivery Coordination:

• Streamline the "Coordination Tax" between technical teams (NetOps/SysOps) and the end-users by managing deployment schedules and communications for Project TOW. • Serve as the primary liaison for IT hardware orders, overseeing delivery timelines and handling vendor billing processes to ensure zero service disruption.

Technical Support & Optimization:

• Provide foundational technical support for Apple devices while identifying recurring process bottlenecks that can be optimized through Quality Driven Management (QDM) principles.
• Assist in the enrollment of devices into JAMF/Apple Business Manager (ABM) to support the group's automation and "Digital Nerve Center" goals.

• Professional Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in an IT Managed Services environment, preferably supporting high-standard global logistics or technology accounts. (OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES)
• Proven experience in process optimization, technical coordination, and managing vendor-facing financial workflows (billing and procurement).
• Education & Foundational Certifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Required: ITIL 4 Foundation (or commitment to complete within 30 days) to align with the group's Service Value System.
• Required: Google IT Support Professional Certificate or equivalent foundational IT support credential.
• Technical & Soft Skills:
• Familiarity with Apple ecosystem support (macOS, iOS) and basic knowledge of MDM/JAMF environments.
• Advanced proficiency in data tracking and reporting tools (Excel, ClickUp, or Jira) to support Management Reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
