Regional Sales Channel Lead – North Cebu

Job Overview

The Regional Sales Channel Lead reports to the Sr. Manager – Sales Channel and is responsible for driving sales channel performance across assigned stores. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets through effective execution of programs, coordination with support teams, and optimization of off-store and digital sales channels such as MySuki, phone-in, and institutional accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive achievement of sales channel targets including MySuki, phone-in, institutional, and off-store initiatives
  • Oversee operational efficiency metrics such as delivery performance, manpower utilization, and geographic reach
  • Ensure compliance with end-to-end processes, including order preparation, dispatch, delivery, payment, and remittance
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and create action plans to achieve targets
  • Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, IT, and store operations teams to support sales initiatives
  • Implement sales channel programs and initiatives across all assigned stores
  • Lead territory planning, including trade mapping, customer acquisition, and account retention
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of tools, equipment, and operational records
  • Develop and train sales teams, acting as a subject matter expert for sales channel operations
  • Monitor market trends and recommend strategies to improve sales performance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or any related course
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail sales or sales team management
  • Minimum of 16 hours of sales-related training
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems (e.g., JDA, NetSuite, or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
