Project Controller (Civil Work) — Must Have Procurement Experience

About the Role

The position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

• Develop the integrated project plan based on contract terms and project specifications, and monitor its execution.
• Coordinate with functional teams to execute the project according to the integrated plan, ensuring timely and complete data on project progress.
• Confirm resource availability with subcontractors and ensure timely follow-through.
• Oversee delivery assurance and progress tracking of subcontractors in your assigned area.
• Monitor project progress regularly, identify issues, propose solutions, and ensure timely resolution.
• Verify subcontractor delivery status and ensure timely submission and processing of acceptance materials.
• Collaborate with project teams to manage timely acceptance and oversee the acceptance PTP (Procure-to-Pay) process.
• Support other departments with related tasks as needed.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Controller or in a similar role within the civil/structural engineering industry.
• Must have procurement experience and a solid understanding of business and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in project management and accounting tools.
• Strong execution and self-drive with a results-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Electronics, Management) or equivalent experience.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are considered a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant business systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong professional ethics and logical thinking.
