About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Alabang. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Content Moderator – Non-Voice (Alabang)- ₱19,500 Salary Package (excluding night differential)
- At least High School Graduate

- Handling incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Responding to customer queries via phone and other communication channels
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
- Amenable to work on-site in Alabang
- Willing to work on a night shift and shifting schedule
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in using customer service tools and software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
