What you'll be doing- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and company policies to effectively assist customers
- Provide accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and basic computer skills
