The Senior Client Service Executive manages the entire media process from strategic recommendations, detailed plan preparation, implementation, including review of plan performance of assigned brands.

Business Skills
  • Seeks and recommend viable media opportunities for brands handled that lead to incremental billings.
  • Participates in agency initiatives and activities.
  • Effectively communicates ideas in an engaging and relevant manner.
  • Interacts effectively with Client while building relationships that add value and create loyalty to Agency.
  • Assists the Business Manager (BM) or Business Unit Director (BUD) to achieve revenue and billing targets.
  • Assists the BM or BUD in business pitches thru active participation in Action Planning sessions and data runs.
  • Assists in managing financial reports and ensures timely submissions to respective units involved
Supervisory & Interpersonal Skills
  • Oversees and ensures the proper implementation of the Media Objectives & Strategy and Visual Media Schedule for brands handled.
  • Works closely with other service groups (and creative agencies in cases of Agency of Record assignments)
  • Is credible to media vendors.
  • Gives clear briefing to media vendors in cases of cost requirements for media placements after clearing with BM or BUD in coordination with Trading and Accountability (Media Planning and Buying).
Technical Skills

  • Competitive situation
  • Consumer behavior and media habits
  • Identifies the best opportunities to connect with consumers in relevant, intimate and compelling ways, leveraging on unique consumer insights. Consumer insights are used to lay down the following:

  • Geographic priorities
  • Communication goals
  • Creative Executions
  • Budget allocations and buying strategies
  • Able to prepare media review documents for brands as well as campaign media recommendations.
  • Makes full use of available tools and information and provides proper substantiation for recommendations.

  • Nielsen software - AGB, Clear Decisions, AQX and other implements
  • Kantar software – Instar, Radio
  • Third party planning dashboards – FB, Google
  • Assists the BM or BUD in tracking negotiation commitments, monthly spending
  • Coordinates closely with Trading and Accountability for proper implementation of media plans.
  • Able to spot, evaluate opportunities for brands handled and enhance as needed.
  • Assists Trading & Accountability in monitoring events sponsorships and prepare post event reports thereafter.
