- Oversee market research initiatives to identify trends, consumer demands, and gaps in the market.
- Supervise formulation, testing, and performance validation of new products in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Evaluate and select packaging solutions that align with product goals, brand identity, and compliance requirements.
- Direct the prototyping phase, including laboratory testing and stability analysis.
- Ensure regulatory documentation and product registration requirements are fulfilled, in compliance with Philippine FDA and other legal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient product development timelines.
- Oversee the full product launch process, including compliance checks and post-launch evaluations.
- Mentor and manage the R&D team, cultivating a collaborative and quality-driven environment.
- Establish and improve department workflows, documentation practices, and milestone tracking systems.
- Represent the R&D department in company meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Participate in factory visits, supplier meetings, and field activities for operational insights.
- Perform additional tasks that support the innovation and efficiency of R&D operations.
