Global Recruitment Coordinator
Base Salary: PHP 22,500/month + Performance Incentives of up to PHP 30,000/month (Potential Monthly Earnings: Up to PHP 52,500)
Success Matcher Recruitment, LLC. is seeking a highly organized and driven Global Recruitment Coordinator to support our international recruitment team across the US and UK markets. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment administration while providing a clear career path into a Global Recruitment Specialist (Full-Cycle Recruitment) position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, and ATS data.
- Support recruitment operations and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Partner with recruiters to meet hiring timelines and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
Required- Fresh graduates with Latin honors (Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, or Summa Cum Laude) from top universities are encouraged to apply.
- OR at least 3 years of recruitment sourcing experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Experience sourcing for the US and/or UK markets.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Excellent English communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience supporting international recruitment or recruiting within professional industries.
Working Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Time (US Eastern Time)
