About the role

As a Purchasing Officer at global elite developers inc', you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement and inventory processes for this leading development company. This full-time position is based in Obrero Quezon City Metro Manila, with opportunities for career growth and development within the organisation.

• Sourcing and evaluating suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials and equipment
• Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with suppliers to obtain the best possible terms and conditions
• Maintaining accurate records of all purchasing activities and monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock
• Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to understand their material requirements and priorities
• Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Providing regular reports and analysis on purchasing trends and performance

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a track record of securing favourable deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Proficient in inventory management, forecasting, and materials planning
• Familiarity with relevant procurement regulations and best practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address procurement challenges
