We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for supporting our procurement processes and helping to ensure the smooth operation of our company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcoming costumers, maintaining sales floor appearance, directing customers to goods, and operating cash registers
- Communicating benefits of company's products and services
- Ensures customer satisfaction / retention by uplifting customer experience
- Expedite resolution to customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and recommending them to management
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Ad. (or similar)
- Minimum of 6 months working experience in service or retail industry (preferably pet industry)
- Basic math skills, POS transactions, inventory management, customer service
- Collaborative, friendly, empathetic, approachable, observant
- Okay with Pets
