A Snapshot of Your Role
We are seeking a talented and marketing-savvy Junior Creative Designer to join our team. This role demands a unique combination of creativity, technical proficiency, and strategic marketing insight. As our Creative Marketing, you will design visually compelling and conversion-driven content that supports our marketing initiatives and strengthens our brand presence across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design impactful images, animations, and videos tailored for marketing campaigns, social media, and other brand-building activities, ensuring they drive engagement and convert leads into sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and audience insights, ensuring all designs align with marketing goals and branding strategies.
- Develop promotional visuals for the website, ensuring they enhance user experience and support sales funnels
- Create intuitive, interactive, and visually appealing UI/UX designs for the website, focused on customer retention and conversion optimisation.
- Produce visually consistent documents, presentations, and images that adhere to our brand guidelines and enhance our brand story
- Stay informed about industry trends in design and marketing to ensure our creatives remain innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or relevant experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience in multimedia design, with a proven track record of creating marketing-driven visuals.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, customer behaviour, and sales funnels.
- Highly conversational communication skills.
- Effective teamwork skills with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with e-commerce, telecommunications, or digital-first brands
