Senior PR Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and engage key beauty, lifestyle, and fragrance KOLs, celebrities, and content creators aligned with brand positioning.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
• Develop strategic x-deal arrangements to maximize exposure with minimal cost.
• Manage gifting programs, PR kits, and seeding initiatives to drive authentic brand advocacy.

• Collaborate with marketing to align KOL efforts with product launches, store events, and seasonal campaigns.
• Organize PR activations, launch events, and media gatherings, ensuring strong influencer attendance and content coverage.
• Draft and manage press releases, talking points, and PR briefs for KOL campaigns. Negotiation & Coordination
• Lead negotiations for barter deals, cross-promotions, and co-branded initiatives to secure maximum value.
• Ensure proper deliverables, timelines, and content outputs are met per agreement.
• Coordinate across internal teams (marketing, creative, product) to ensure smooth execution of collaborations. Monitoring & Reporting
• Track influencer content, engagement metrics, and campaign ROI.
• Prepare post-campaign reports with learnings and recommendations.
• Maintain updated databases of KOLs, PR contacts, and partnership records.

• Bachelor's College Degree in Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising or another related field
• Must possess 2-3 proven years of experience in the same field.
• Preferably from the beauty service/lifestyle/fashion industry
• Digital savvy
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Social Media Management
• Willing to be assigned to a personality and service brand under BrowsbyKeightyWong
• Willing to rotate in 4/F Skytel Apartments, 95 Judge Juan Luna St. cor. M.H. Del Pilar St., Brgy San Antonio, Quezon City 1105 Metro Manila, Philippines
