Key Responsibilities
- Lead the PR team and oversee PR and communication strategy execution.
- Manage campaign and product launch PR activities, media events, press kits, and coverage tracking.
- Coordinate events, sponsorship initiatives, and logistics with media partners and suppliers.
- Implement crisis response plans and manage team during PR issues.
- Guide and mentor junior PR team members, ensuring deadlines and performance goals are met.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or Marketing.
- 5+ years in PR/media, including 1–2 years supervisory experience, preferably in beauty or lifestyle.
- Proven experience in PR campaigns, KOL/media relations, and crisis communication.
- Strong writing, press release, event planning, and media negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PR/media tracking tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision).
- Strategic communicator with leadership, crisis management, and organizational skills.
