Role Purpose:

The Inventory Stock Clerk is responsible for receiving, monitoring and proper documentation of stock deliveries. He is also responsible for proper inventory management in the FSR to control losses and damages.

The Inventory Stock Clerk reports directly to the Team Leader – Client Support

A typical day in this role includes:

• Monitors the day to day implementation of Warehouse processes and activities in the store to ensure availability and timely replenishments of stocks.
• Implements inventory and stock management activities in the store in accordance to set company guidelines (Retail Operating Standards).
• Collaborates with other store team members in ensuring the availability of products in the Selling Area.
• Responsible for maintaining the housekeeping of the store’s Back Room and FSR.
• Prepares and submits necessary Inventory Management reports to the Team Leader-Client Support and Store Manager.
• Documents and safekeeps delivery and inventory documents.
• Complies to all customer service standards appropriate for the inventory management function to ensure that all customers have a positive shopping experience.
• Picking and Packing for ONLINE orders/ transactions.
• Other duties may be assigned from time to time.

What we look for:

• Experience working for a company in the Retail or Service-Related industry
• Familiarity with standards implemented in the Retail Industry
• Experience handling positions in Sales Operations or Customer Service.
• Candidate who is willing to be assigned at SM NORTH EDSA
• Must be at least college level or a 2 year course graduate of any course.
