Job summary:

1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
Expected salary: ₱15,000 - ₱18,000 per month
Maintaining and updating records
Counting materials, equipment, tools or supplies in stock
Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and system records
Monitor and quality check of inbound deliveries
Coordination with other departments for seamless operations
Dispensing of products/materials/consumables for production
Monitor facilities and other maintenance works
Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requisitions as needed
Evaluate production staff's performance.
Prepares daily and weekly production report.

Skills:

Must be computer literate and proficient in using email and Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Excellent organization skills
Extensive Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required
Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
Great negotiation and interpersonal skills
Tech savvy and with common sense

Requirements:

At least vocational graduate of related course
Must have at least 1 year of related experience in administrative and inventory/logistics/production
Prior work experience related to audit management/inventory management/logistics management or any administrative experience will be an advantage
Team player and has ability to work within set deadlines, under pressure with minimal guidance and supervision.
Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism
Flexible, self-motivated, and highly organized
Willing to do field work
Knows how to lead and manage people
