Job Requirements – Product Manager (Networking Solutions)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on networking, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software.
Must have prior experience as a Product Manager for a recognized networking brand (e.g., Cisco, Junifer, Extreme, Ruckus, Reyee/Ruijie, Aruba, Ubiquity).
Proven sales experience in networking products — ability to drive product adoption, support sales teams, and engage directly with clients.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong grasp of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Familiarity with cloud networking, SDN (Software Defined Networking), and cybersecurity principles.
Understanding of hardware/software integration in networking products.
Can understand network design.
Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to translate customer needs into product features.
Mindset:
Strategic thinker with a customer-first approach.
Comfortable balancing technical depth with business priorities.
Track record of delivering products from concept to launch.
