Assistant Product Manager - Air conditioning

Job Summary

The Assistant Product Manager will support the development, management, and marketing of air conditioning products across residential and/or commercial segments. This role involves market research, product planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and assisting in the execution of product strategies to drive growth and competitiveness.

• Assist in managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch performance
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs
• Support product planning, positioning, and pricing strategies
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product development and delivery
• Help prepare product documentation, specifications, and training materials
• Monitor product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to recommend improvements
• Assist in developing marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
• Support forecasting, inventory planning, and demand analysis
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and energy efficiency requirements
• Maintain updated knowledge of HVAC technologies and innovations

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, preferably in HVAC, appliances, or related industries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of product lifecycle management
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
