Role Overview:
The Full Cycle Recruiter drives the full-cycle recruitment process, connecting top-tier talent with client opportunities while ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both clients and candidates. This role is pivotal in driving Pearl Talent's placement success by managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to endorsement and placement.The Full Cycle Recruiter builds strong relationships with CSM to understand the client's unique needs, collaborates closely with internal teams, and ensures exceptional candidate processing.

- Accelerating hiring timelines by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in collaboration with clients and the recruitment team
- Proactively addressing challenges by implementing strategies that streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Reducing churn by maintaining strong relationships and quickly resolving client or candidate concerns
- Enhancing outcomes through data-driven insights, feedback loops, and process improvements to maximize successful placements
Areas of Responsibility:
Recruitment Process Management- Role Preparation
- Build out job descriptions (JDs) based on the Statement of Work (SoW).
- Attend client success calls (client rec calibration) to gather key role details and other expectations needed for the hiring.
- Pipeline Management
- Monitor pipelines for all owned roles, flag dry pipelines, and coordinate with the Sourcing Specialist to shift sourcing focus as needed.
- Personally source candidates for roles if pipelines remain dry (reduced when sourcers are available).
- Post high-priority roles on relevant job boards (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter for Lat-Am and tech hiring; Juicebox for finance roles) and link to Workable.
- Candidate Screening
- Conduct prescreening through voice notes for all candidates.
- Use topgrading techniques to confirm candidate agreements, including role expectations.
- Administer client-specific assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Candidate Profiling and Endorsement
- Create detailed candidate profiles on ClickUp. For DP roles, exclude salary range from profiles.
- Ensure all profilers meet high-quality standards, including clear content, accurate information, and polished video introductions.
- Endorse completed profilers to the Matching Lead for final approval.
- Updates and Check-Ins
- Check with the CS/Matching team if updates haven’t been sent to clients within 24 hours of receiving new information.
- Ensure regular updates to clients on pipeline progress, candidate endorsements, and next steps.
- Marketing Coordination
- Work with the marketing team to create public materials (pubmats) and social media posts for owned roles.
- Feedback Management
- Respond to all candidate inquiries promptly, keeping them warm and engaged throughout the process.
- Collect client feedback on candidate profiles, interviews, and overall satisfaction.
- Profile Quality
- Act as the final filter for candidate profiles before endorsement, ensuring:
- Video introduction quality (communication, video/audio, content).
- Profile content accuracy and professionalism.
- Churn Prevention
- Proactively monitor candidate and client satisfaction to identify risks early.
- Resolve any concerns immediately to ensure placements are successful and long-lasting.
- Maintain clear communication with both candidates and clients to avoid misunderstandings.
- Process Optimization
- Regularly review and refine recruitment workflows to eliminate inefficiencies.
- Implement best practices and share them with team members to enhance team performance.
Requirements

- Comfortable using Workable and basic recruitment tools (bonus: familiarity with LinkedIn or any sourcing tools)
