A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Sr. Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering quality hires that meet our clients’ hiring requirements. You will work closely with HR, Operations, and stakeholders to ensure accurate candidate profiling, timely endorsements, and full requisition delivery.

Your role is essential in driving recruitment excellence, maintaining strong partnerships, and contributing to the success of our campaigns.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all employment and personal information of candidates and employees is handled in accordance with company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Account Management
  • Understand and align with the profiles of new and existing campaigns
  • Ensure all contractual requirements and pay details for roles are followed
  • Regularly calibrate with hiring managers on profiles and hiring processes
  • Partner with Supervisors and Operations Leaders to meet hiring targets
  • Maintain a strong understanding of operational metrics, structure, performance, retention strategies, and growth plans
  • Achieve 100% fulfillment of account hiring requirements
Stakeholder & Client Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure agreed processes and profiles are consistently followed
  • Provide timely and relevant updates to stakeholders
  • Understand stakeholder needs and expectations, and adapt strategies accordingly
Support Relationships
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement shared recruitment initiatives
Reporting & Analytics
  • Provide accurate and timely recruitment reports with relevant data and insights
  • Use analytics to identify gaps, recommend solutions, and optimize recruitment output
  • Clearly articulate trends, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders
Administrative
  • Ensure process compliance and adherence to company policies
