Client Services Executive

The Client Services Executive will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for the project management of influencer and content marketing campaigns.
  • Efficient management of requirements for the timely launch of influencer and content marketing campaigns across different platforms and various industries.
  • Review content drafts of creators and ensure it meets the branding guidelines. Align clients' objectives and campaign details with content creators for the production of the branded content
  • Ensure 100% delivery of committed deliverables/KPIs and excellent campaign performance of influencer and content marketing campaigns
  • Analyze data and create substantial post-campaign performance reports
  • Maintain a good professional working relationship with internal (sales, business development, creatives and ad optimization) and external (advertisers/agencies/content creators) teams
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
  • Output Quality and Efficiency – Deliver timely and substantial analytics-driven reports
  • Product and Process Knowledge – Adequate knowledge in Passionation solutions and operations
  • Internal and External Servicing – Customer satisfaction in servicing internal and external stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any of the following field: Advertising/Media, Marketing and Communications, Operations Management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • [For Fresh graduates] internship within advertising or marketing field is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, superb listening skills, with an ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to a variety of audiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace applications
  • Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment with minimum supervision
  • High interest in data analysis and research, able to analyze results and translate to actionable points
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive and highly enthusiastic
  • Can work under pressure while simultaneously managing multiple accounts
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Work set-up: Hybrid work set-up.
  • Office address: Unit 804, 8/F BDO Equitable Tower, 8751 Paseo de Roxas, Makati City
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM.
