Job Description
Posted on 26 May 2026- Assisting the Accounting-MIS Head in preparing reports for different departments, as well as Senior Management.
- Assist in the development of department-specific policies and procedures.
- Review the current policies and procedures and suggest any necessary additions, amendments, or revisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends and provide insights to improve operational efficiency through technology.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Data Integrity & Security: Ensure data accuracy, implement data backups, and manage user access rights in compliance with data privacy standards.
- Organize the company’s forms for archive and digital copy.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in MIS or a similar role.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP) and SQL for data querying.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
COMPETENCIES: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
