Content Marketing Specialist (Onsite)
Job Description:
Organic Social Media Management:
- Manage organic social media management & growth.
- Publish 1 SEO-optimised blog post per week.
- Research competitors and trending content — proactively suggest new content ideas.
Reels/TikTok Content Editing:
- Edit founder video content from raw footage — B-roll with voiceover, talking-head edits, and Meta ad cuts.
- Produce polished, on-brand Reels, TikToks, and stories from raw footage.
- Add text overlays, subtitles, trending/ branded audio, and visual CTAs to video content.
Community Management:
- Manage community engagement — respond to DMs, comments, and proactively engage with target accounts daily.
UGC and Influencer Outreach:
- Research and reach out to mom influencers (10K-100K+ followers) for gifted collaborations — minimum 10 new outreach per week.
- Research and reach out to everyday mom UGC creators on TikTok — minimum 20 new outreach per week.
- Nurture and manage all influencer and UGC relationships through ongoing engagement and follow-ups.
- Maintain influencer and UGC tracking spreadsheets with daily updates.
- Monitor and report on content performance, follower growth, and influencer/UGC activity weekly.
Content Scheduling and Engagement:
- Plan, create, and schedule 5-7 posts per week across Instagram and TikTok, including captions, hashtags, and stories.
- Support GEO (AI visibility) strategy by ensuring content is structured for AI citability.
- Perform ad hoc marketing admin tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or any related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
- Experience working with Australian brands in the e-commerce, beauty care, and related industries.
- Experience in social media management (i.e., Instagram and TikTok).
- Experience in writing long-form content (blogs, articles).
- Strong video editing skills — proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, content trends, and growth strategies & scaling organic social media growth.
- Eye for aesthetics — you understand what makes content feel premium, clean, and elevated vs generic or over-produced
- Highly organised — ability to manage multiple spreadsheets, calendars, and outreach pipelines simultaneously.
- Self-motivated — ability to work independently with minimal supervision after onboarding.
- Excellent written English & ability to adopt company TOV - captions, DMs, blog posts, and outreach messages that sounds authentic.
Nice-To-Haves:
- Experience in the baby, beauty, or skincare category is a strong plus.
- Experience with TikTok creator outreach is a strong plus.
- Experience in influencer outreach (sending DMs and engaging with communities) and relationship management.
- Experience with Shopify, Canva, and scheduling tools.
- Understanding of SEO and keyword research.
- Familiarity with GEO / AI visibility strategies.
- Motion graphics or animation skills.
- Portfolio of edited Reels/TikTok content and sample works.
