As a Trade Marketing Specialist of Value Chain Solutions, Inc. (VCSI), you are responsible for executing trade marketing strategies, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring effective product visibility and performance in the market.

• Assist in the implementation of trade marketing programs and sales initiatives.
• Monitor product performance, sales trends, and market activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of promotions and activations.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and drive sales growth in assigned areas.
• Prepare reports, sales data analysis, and updates for management.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduate of Business Management, Marketing, or any related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Coachable, goal-driven, and open to training in sales and trade execution.
• Willing to do fieldwork and be assigned to various locations as needed.
• Willing to take on leadership responsibilities.
• Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to start immediately.
