Helper Mechanic

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist mechanics in performing maintenance and repair work on trucks, heavy equipment, and machinery.
• Help with basic tasks such as oil changes, tire replacements, and fluid checks.
• Clean tools, equipment, and work areas after maintenance activities.
• Transport tools and parts to and from job sites or workshops.
• Hold or hand tools and parts to mechanics as needed.
• Observe and learn proper repair techniques and safety procedures.
• Follow instructions from senior mechanics and supervisors.
• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions.
• Performs relevant tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and vehicle components.
• Previous experience in a workshop or mechanical setting is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy parts and work in demanding environments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
