Accounting
Accounting of expenses in 6 BIR Accounting Books of Accounts (6 Columnar Books) and QuickBooks Online System

General Ledger
General Journal
Purchase Journal
Sales Journal
Cash Receipts Journal
Cash Disbursements Journal

Documentation

Vouching of source documents (e.g., invoices, official receipts, vendor bills, etc.).
Filing, sorting and liquidation of supporting documents.

Fixed Assets

Inventory computers and other IT equipment.
Monthly review of depreciation.

Payroll

Verify the correctness of gross pay computation
Re-computation of taxes withheld and other statutory contributions (i.e., Employer and Employee Contributions - SSS, PHIC, HDMF)
Review of payslip to employees.

Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Tax Compliances
